MAX Maintenance, seeks a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cleaner / Housekeeper.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties in HOA clubhouses and commercial office buildings, including:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Emptying trash and recycling receptacles.
- Replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Cleaning windows and mirrors.

Follow detailed cleaning instructions and adhere to established protocols and safety guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas.

Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is required.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment.

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Work schedule

Part-time, 20-30 hours per week (Monday – Friday).

The schedule will be a set schedule, but hours will range from daytime to evening hours.

Schedule may change over time as clients are gained and lost.
