About the Role

Looking for a summer role that builds real career skills and works around your schedule? We’re hiring part-time, seasonal Customer Service Representatives to support our team during a busy season.

In this role, you’ll help customers through digital communication channels and manage scheduling tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. This is a task-based, fast-paced role where you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, operations, and business systems.

What You’ll Do

Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and online channels

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments accurately

Help maintain a full and efficient schedule by managing appointment availability

Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate when needed

Enter and update customer information with high attention to detail

Manage a steady stream of tasks while staying organized and on track

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems quickly
