First National Bank of America is seeking friendly and professional Resolutions Support to efficiently serve our residential borrowers resolving delinquent accounts. The candidate must be a quick learner that has the capabilities to multi-task in our fast paced environment.

This is a part-time position, Monday – Friday, 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with case managers

Work with title companies

Prepare deed in lieu of foreclosure documents

Review mortgage documents

Draft letters and correspondences for internal and external use

Perform routine customer calls and correspondences

Resolves client questions or problems ensuring a resolution

Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulation

And any other duties

Complete transfer tax forms

Draft various legal documents

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED

Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Previous Customer Service experience

Knowledge of mortgage documentation, title work or real estate experience a plus but not required, entry level para legal

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a huge plus!
