Tampa facility hiring-CNA/DSP/HHA-every other weekend

📍 Tampa, FL | 12-Hour Day Shifts Available

5 Star Cares is looking for compassionate, experienced caregivers to support higher-acuity and Level 2 residents in our group home settings. If you have experience in acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing and enjoy making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Schedule Options

• Weekend shifts available:
  
  
  
  • Saturday & Sunday
  
  
  • Every-other weekend
  
  
  
  

💲 Pay: $15–$19/hour (based on experience and certification)

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility, feeding, and ADLs


• Support individuals with intellectual and/or behavioral health needs


• Document care and communicate with the care team


• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing


• Experience with higher-acuity patients preferred


• Current CPR/BLS & First Aid certification


• Strong communication and documentation skills


• Ability to lift/assist up to 50 lbs


• 📌Must pass AHCA Level 2 Background Screening  ACHA Requirement (House Bill 531 – 2025) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Education Site: https://info.flclearinghouse.com
