Now Hiring: Multi-Sport Coaches (Seasonal & Year-Round Opportunities)
Location: Westchester County, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday and one weekend day
Hours: 10+ hours of classes and trainings per week (based on your availability)
Immediate Seasonal Opportunity
We are currently looking for coaches who are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM between August 10, 2026 and September 4, 2026 to support our Summer Camp programs.
Candidates with this availability are strongly encouraged to apply. Successful coaches may also have the opportunity to continue coaching with us throughout the fall season in our after-school, weekend, and school-based programs.
About the Role
Super Soccer Stars & Amazing Athletes are seeking energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic Multi-Sport Coaches to lead classes for children ages 3–12 throughout Westchester County.
Our programs introduce children to a variety of sports—including soccer, basketball, baseball, track & field, football, volleyball, hockey, and more—in a fun, positive, and non-competitive environment that emphasizes confidence, movement, teamwork, and skill development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and assist in age-appropriate multi-sport classes focused on skill development, teamwork, and fun.
- Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages confidence and participation.
- Implement structured lesson plans designed to teach a variety of sports and movement fundamentals.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment by managing class setup, equipment, and group transitions.
- Communicate effectively with parents, players, schools, and fellow coaches.
- Attend seasonal trainings and meetings to stay aligned with program standards and curriculum updates.
Compensation & Perks
- Classes: $20–$45 per hour, based on experience and coaching level (Assistant Coach or Head Coach).
- Camps (4+ hour shifts): $17.50–$25 per hour, based on experience and coaching level.

Requirements
- Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM between August 10, 2026 and September 4, 2026.
- Must also be available to coach one weekend day during the season.
- Ability to commit to 10+ hours per week (schedule varies by season).
- Experience working with children preferred (coaching, teaching, camp counseling, tutoring, childcare, or volunteering).
- Background or interest in sports, recreation, fitness, or early childhood education is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to travel between coaching locations throughout Westchester County.
- Must pass a background check and complete all onboarding and training requirements.
