Speech and Language Pathologist, Early Intervention
Status: Part-time, less than 20 hours per weekSchedule: Monday \u2013 Friday, build your scheduleLocation: Cumberland-Perry, York-Adams, and Lebanon Counties (must be willing to travel within these areas)Pay: Negotiable, based on experienceSign-on Bonus: $1,000
What We\u2019re Looking For:\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related discipline with 2 to 5 years of related experience\u2022 OR Master\u2019s degree in a related discipline with 0 to 2 years of related experience\u2022 Completion of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)\u2022 Eligible for PA Promise Enrollment\u2022 Not on CMS Exclusion List\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license with at least 6 months of driving experience\u2022 Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection\u2022 Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand English\u2022 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively\u2022 Preferred: Knowledge of feeding, AAC, and working with medically complex children including tracheotomy/passy-muir valves
As a Speech and Language Pathologist in Early Intervention, you\u2019ll support infants and toddlers (birth to age three) and their families during critical developmental years. You\u2019ll help children build communication skills and reach important milestones while working closely with caregivers in natural, community-based settings.
What You\u2019ll Do:\u2022 Support the development of goals, strategies, and ways to track progress based on the child\u2019s Evaluation Report (ER), Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and the family\u2019s goals\u2022 Provide session notes and all required documentation for quarterly and annual reviews\u2022 Offer guidance and practical strategies to families and caregivers to help their child reach IFSP goals during community-based therapy sessions and encourage caregivers to actively participate\u2022 Help coordinate speech therapy services by following regulations, supporting financial processes, and working with community partners
