Part-Time Appointment Setter

CL Support Services is looking for an On Site Part Time Appointment Setter to join our team You will be setting up service appointments and responding to online requests for customers looking to repair their homes foundation and other related services At CL Support Services we strive to deliver the best HR IT Customer Service Accounting and Risk Management to Olshan Foundation Solutions and other construction companies so they can grow profitably and sustainably We have a dedicated family oriented integrity filled team continuously improving to achieve new heights in our industry Responsibilities Provide outbound customer service phone support for client locations in multiple statesRespond in real time to new online service appointment requests by contacting the customer by phone text chat or email no cold callingAccurately schedule customer appointments for free foundation repair inspections using the Salesforce CRM systemFollow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet scheduledProvide excellent customer service over the phone by answering customer questionsRequirements 1 year of previous call center dispatch appointment setting or general customer service experience is required to be successful in this roleAbility to excel in a fast paced setting while working independently or as part of a teamStrong verbal communication writing and typing skillsMeet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goalsMust pass a pre employment drug test and have a favorable backgroundMust be able to work Monday Tuesday 800 am 500 pm Wednesday 1100 am 800 pm and able to work some Saturdays from 800 am 100 pmBenefits Opportunities to earn bonuses and other incentivesOn the job training provided401K and RothBe a part of a competitive and friendly teamGreat managementCasual dress code you can wear jeans to workCompensation 14
