About Our Family
We’re a busy family of 4, and life moves pretty quickly around here—plans sometimes shift, and no two days look exactly the same. While we embrace a bit of “organized chaos,” there are certain household routines and responsibilities that help keep us grounded and bring a sense of calm to our days. We value someone who can help maintain our rhythm and keep things running smoothly so that when the sports calendar arrives 24 hours before the start of the season, we’re able to take it all in stride.
Both parents work full-time with hybrid schedules, and we’re looking for someone who can be a steady, helpful presence in our home: keeping things running smoothly, maintaining the organized and tidy environment we value, and taking real ownership of the behind-the-scenes details that make family life feel manageable. From activity pickup/drop-off and supporting meal planning to staying ahead of household inventory and routines, we’d love a partner who helps reduce the mental load and brings calm to the day-to-day shuffle.
Open communication, flexibility, and a sense of humor go a long way in our home. We especially appreciate someone who is observant and attentive, naturally stepping in where needed—whether that’s helping tackle a task, tidying up a space, or simply keeping things moving along. If you like a home where there’s structure behind the scenes but a laid-back, flexible energy day to day, you’ll feel right at home here.
Who You Are / What We’re Looking For
You’re organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to anticipate what needs to happen next—without waiting to be asked. You take pride in maintaining clean, orderly spaces and enjoy creating and maintaining systems that make our home feel calm and functional. You’re a strong problem-solver who can work independently, make thoughtful decisions, and stay one step ahead of the week’s needs (school schedules, activities, meals, supplies, and everything in between). You’re also comfortable with technology—especially family calendars and basic organizational tools—so staying aligned and communicating clearly feels easy.
You bring positive energy, communicate openly, and understand how much the small details matter in a home—whether that’s prepping simple meals, planning ahead for the week, or noticing we’re running low on essentials before it becomes a scramble. Most importantly, you care about your work the way we care about our home. You take ownership, build genuine rapport with our family, and help our household feel supported, steady, and well cared for.
