About Our Family

We're not just looking for someone to help around the house—we're looking for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in our family's everyday life.

We're a warm, close family that believes the right support creates more time for connection, more peace at the end of long days, and more opportunities to enjoy the moments that matter most. Between two demanding careers, frequent work travel, and raising an energetic young daughter, our home is full of life, laughter, and the beautiful chaos that comes with this season of parenthood. We genuinely love our life—we simply know we can't do it all alone.

Like so many working parents, it's not the big things that overwhelm us—it's the constant stream of little things that quietly pile up. Laundry that never quite makes it back to the drawers. Toys that need another reset before tomorrow. Groceries and household supplies that somehow disappear at the exact wrong moment. Dishes, meal prep, organizing, errands, and the endless mental checklist of remembering what's next. We already have wonderful support for deep cleaning and outdoor maintenance, but what we're missing is the person who keeps everything connected between those services—the steady, dependable presence who helps our home feel calm instead of reactive.

We’re looking for a trusted partner in our family's day to day. We hope to find someone who enjoys creating order, building systems, and anticipating needs before they become stressful. Your work won't simply check boxes on a to-do list—it will allow two hardworking parents to come home and focus on family life instead of folding laundry, sharing dinner instead of scrambling to prepare it, and spending meaningful time together instead of catching up on chores.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You're the kind of person who notices what others miss. You don't wait to be told the paper towels are running low, the pantry could use a reset, or the laundry basket is overflowing—you simply take care of it because creating order comes naturally to you. You enjoy finding simple, sustainable systems that make everyday life easier, and you find real satisfaction in knowing your work helps an entire family breathe a little easier.

You're someone who enjoys supporting every part of a family's life. One afternoon you may be folding and putting away laundry, preparing dinner for a busy evening, organizing toys and common spaces, or running errands. Another day you might provide after-daycare care, rotating seasonal clothing, restocking household supplies, or providing evening coverage while a parent travels. You're comfortable shifting priorities, managing multiple responsibilities, and stepping in wherever your support will have the greatest impact. You're warm, patient, and engaging with young children. You communicate thoughtfully, respect privacy, and build trust through consistency and reliability.

Above all, you're looking for a position where you'll be valued not only for what you do, but for the peace of mind you provide. If you're someone who finds genuine fulfillment in helping families thrive, takes pride in creating spaces that feel peaceful and cared for, and is looking for a long-term position where you'll be trusted, respected, and truly appreciated, we would love to welcome you into our home.
