Job Type: Part-time (12–15 hours per week) – with the opportunity to transition to full-time
Location: In-person – Metro Detroit, Michigan
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! In this role, you will work one-on-one with a client, supporting skill development, communication, and independence through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
About the Role
As an RBT, you will deliver individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and foster the development of key life, communication, and social skills in a supportive and structured setting.
Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Accurately collect and record session data
Support the achievement of skill development and behavior-reduction goals
Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with clients and families
Participate in ongoing training and professional development in ABA and special education
Qualifications
Current RBT Certification (required)
Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
Familiarity with ABA terminology and experience with data collection (preferred)
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
Background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
