Looking for a summer role that builds real career skills and works around your schedule? We\u2019re hiring part-time, seasonal Customer Service Representatives to support our team during a busy season.


 


In this role, you\u2019ll help customers through digital communication channels and manage scheduling tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. This is a task-based, fast-paced role where you\u2019ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, operations, and business systems.

What You\u2019ll Do



  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and online channels

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments accurately

  • Help maintain a full and efficient schedule by managing appointment availability

  • Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate when needed

  • Enter and update customer information with high attention to detail

  • Manage a steady stream of tasks while staying organized and on track
