Do you enjoy spending time with others and making someone's day a little brighter?

As a Companion, you'll provide meaningful one-on-one support, helping clients feel connected, engaged, and cared for.

Job Requirements:

• Full-time or part-time availability, Monday - Friday, between10am - 5pm


• Ability todrive to the members location


• Availability to work in Cohoes, Clifton Park, or Guilderland, NY


• Comfortable with clocking in/out electronically


• A compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy approach

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional support and companionship to identified members

  
  



• Active listening and conversation

  
  



• Engage members in ongoing social interaction, activities, or movement

  
  



• Games, puzzles, arts and crafts, reading aloud, watching TV/movies together

  
  



• Spend time with the member for the duration of the shift

  
  



• Alert nurses when the individual needs help or clinical intervention

  
  



• Adhere to the facility's policies and standards
