About Our Family

We’re a fun, energetic family of three (with two friendly cats, and a baby on the way!) living in a cozy home full of love, laughter, and just the right amount of organized chaos. Our almost three-year-old son keeps us on our toes with his curiosity and playful spirit, and we’re also navigating the challenges of caring for a family member undergoing cancer treatment. One parent works long hours outside the home, and the other is focused on building a business from home (with occasional days working outside of the home), so we’re often balancing a lot of moving parts. We’re a family that values peace, calm, and being fully present with one another, but we need someone who can help bring order to our busy lives so we can focus on what matters most. We’re all about creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and supported, but we’re also looking for someone who can bring structure, be proactive, and ensure things are running smoothly on a daily basis. If you thrive in a warm, loving environment, enjoy variety, and are excited to become a trusted part of our family, we’d love to have you on board!

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

You’re the kind of person who brings calm to the chaos — emotionally steady, adaptable, and able to roll with the punches. We’re looking for someone who is naturally proactive, always thinking one step ahead, and taking initiative. You thrive on creating systems that make everything flow more smoothly and you love that feeling of efficiency when everything is in its place. You have a warm and positive disposition and you enjoy interaction and caring for children.

You're a confident communicator who asks good questions, flags things before they become issues, and welcomes kind, constructive feedback. You're warm and positive, you enjoy being in a home environment where people actually live, and you have the professional discretion to know when to chat and when to focus. You're looking for a steady, long-term part-time role, not a temporary stop on the way to something else. You take real ownership, build systems, and leave every shift having made a genuine difference.
