About Our Family

We are a close-knit entrepreneurial family of four seeking a thoughtful, proactive, and highly organized House Manager to help support the flow of our home and daily life. We have two young boys (ages 2 and 4), a small dog, and a very hands-on parenting style. Family connection, quality time, and creating a grounded home environment are deeply important to us.

We are not looking to outsource parenting, we genuinely enjoy spending time with our children and being involved in their day-to-day lives. What we are looking for is meaningful support with the operational side of home life so we can be more present as parents, partners, and humans without constantly feeling buried by the daily mental load.

Our household values organization, healthy living, flexibility, communication, and calm. We follow a largely organic, gluten-free, and dairy-free lifestyle and appreciate systems that help create visual simplicity and ease within the home. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys this type of work and wants to become a trusted, long-term extension of our family support system.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

You are calm, capable, trustworthy, and highly organized with a natural ability to anticipate needs and create structure without adding stress to the environment. You enjoy helping a household run smoothly behind the scenes and take pride in thoughtful, consistent support that creates more ease for a busy family.

You are proactive, intuitive, emotionally intelligent, and able to read the room well. You understand how to balance warmth with professionalism and are comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with a very hands-on mom. You thrive in an organized, fast-moving household environment and are comfortable receiving feedback, learning family preferences over time, and adapting as needs evolve.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety throughout the day — household resets, organizing projects, laundry systems, errands, vendor coordination, meal prep support, inventory management, and occasional childcare support as trust naturally builds over time.

Most importantly, you genuinely enjoy supporting families and homes. You find satisfaction in creating calm, visual organization, operational flow, and helping others reclaim time for what matters most.
