Dohrn is currently seeking a PT Field Support Representative at our Northlake Terminal.

 

Wage: $18.50/hour

 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4pm to 9:30PM 

Responsibilities

\u2022 Prepare paperwork for launching drivers\u2022 Answer and direct phone calls regarding tracing, pickups, driver communication, customer service\u2022 Provide clerical support for Operations\u2022 Complete daily reports for OS&D, payroll, driver hours, and attendance\u2022 Contact customers to schedule appointments, residential, and driver collect/COD shipments\u2022 Communicate with customers concerning Dispatch adjustments, deadlines, and concerns\u2022 Dispatch pickups to Drivers and answer Driver questions\u2022 Check in drivers, ensuring their paperwork is intact and complete\u2022 Collect and review all driver paperwork for accuracy\u2022 Help educate drivers on proper paperwork completion\u2022 Enter Driver Vehicle Inspection Report data\u2022 Scan bills of lading, delivery receipts, manifests, strip sheets\u2022 Image and index all documents to the central imaging system\u2022 Work in Imaging Check to ensure all documents have been scanned\u2022 Perform other data entry as needed\u2022 Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

\u2022 Valid Driver License\u2022 High School completion or equivalent\u2022 Computer skills including Microsoft Office\u2022 Data entry, 10-key and typing experience\u2022 Detail-oriented, organized\u2022 Good communication skills- verbal and written\u2022 Excellent customer service skills \u2022 Problem solver, self-motivated\u2022 Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and react to change productively\u2022 Ability to work in a team as well as individually\u2022 Excellent attendance

 

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

\u2022 Primarily sedentary work, which involves sitting most of the time \u2022 May be occasionally required to exert up to 10 pounds of force and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects \u2022 The general office environment is favorable; Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are minimal hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc; \u2022 Visual Acuity including regular use of items including a computer screen or monitor\u2022 Manual dexterity is regularly required including fingering, grasping, and typing; manual dexterity includes repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers\u2022 Talking and hearing required to communicate with and listen to others to share or receive information; May be occasionally exposed to noise including telephone, office machinery, and conversations of others

Pay Range

Starting from USD $18.50/Hr.
