📋 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

💊 Administer medications and treatments

🩺 Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions

📝 Complete accurate charting and documentation

🤝 Collaborate with nurses, RTs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary care teams

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

✔ Active Florida LPN or RN License

✔ Current BLS/CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross)

✔ Experience in Home Health, Rehab, Long-Term Care, Hospice, or Acute Care Preferred

✔ Eligible for AHCA Level 2 Background Screening & Local Law Requirements 

• Must complete AHCA Level 2 background screening as required under House Bill 531 (2025)
