About the role

HealthFitness is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Personal Trainer to join our team at our client site, Advocate Good Shepherd, in Barrington, IL. This is a great opportunity for a passionate fitness professional looking to make an impact in a supportive, corporate wellness setting.

Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.

Minimum Requirements

Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.
Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The compensation for this role is commission based. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
