THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: This position will create and ensure maintenance of planograms within our Blue Yonder Space Planning System. They will work closely with the internal merchant teams and external brands to merchandise items on fixtures that meet our standards and meet the needs of our guests. This role work with multiple cross functional teams to ensure an effective planogram implementation in stores.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

• Planogram Implementation: Development and execution of planograms (1500+ Live Versions) in accordance with merchandising strategies, product assortments, and space allocation guidelines.


• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Planning, Inventory, Assortment Analytics, Visual, and store operations to ensure alignment of planograms with business objectives and customer needs.


• Project Management: Manage multiple planogram projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.


• Project Execution: Manage planogram reviews with key cross-functional partners and ensure planogram updates are accurate and completed according to Add/Delete Reports.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communication: Present and influence complex ideas with the ability to translate them into simple digestible documentation for team members.


• Mock Store Management: Ensure planograms at the Mock Store are current and meet presentation standards.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

• Familiarity in Blue Yonder (JDA) space planning software is preferred


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, space planning, or merchandising.


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.


• Strong working knowledge in, Word, Excel, Access, and Power-Point


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


• Familiarity in analysis with the capability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.


• Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and quality assurance.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Typical office environment at ULTA Corporate Office.


• Mock Store set up and maintenance.


• Minimal travel may be required for quarterly visits to local stores, prototype stores and related seminars as needed.

The pay range for this position is $54,900.00 - $70,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
