Position Summary

AB Facility Services is seeking a dependable Night Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our client location. Responsibilities include trash removal, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing common areas, and general upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently during evening and weekend shifts. Prior cleaning or custodial experience is preferred but not required.

Performs cleaning duties such as: washing walls and glass and removing trash.

· Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs.

· Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

· Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.

· Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Responsibilities:

· Vacuum all carpets wall to wall.

· Clean and Sanitize Restrooms.

· Sweep all hard surface floors.

· Clean and sanitize drinking fountain.

· Spot clean metal doorframes and door tracks.

· Damp mop all hard surface floors.

· Clean all entrance door glass on both sides and polish frames.

· Dust all ledges.

· Clean all glass/windows.

· Remove all trash collected.

· Clean and deodorize trash containers.

· Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years of age or older.

· Must meet all requirements to work legally in the U.S.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK

MUST BE RELIABLE

MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Work Schedule:

· Part-time, Night Shift

· Mondays - Fridays

· 11:00PM-1:00AM

*Saturday - Sunday

12:00AM-2:00AM

*$13.00/HOUR
