Responsibilities

💼 What You\u2019ll Do

As a PTA with Symbria, you\u2019ll be a key part of transforming everyday moments into meaningful progress. In this role, you will:

• Partner closely with the Physical Therapist to carry out individualized treatment plans




• Deliver purposeful, engaging interventions that support mobility, strength, and daily function




• Build supportive, trusting relationships with residents and their families




• Document treatments accurately and efficiently




• Maintain productivity expectations with integrity and compassion




• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team that values your input and clinical skill

Every session you lead helps an older adult regain confidence and independence.

Qualifications

🎓 What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program




• Active or pending Illinois PTA license




• A heart for serving older adults




• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is helpful\u2014but not required




• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
