Role Description The Junior Project Manager role at

is a part-time remote position supporting the planning and coordination of editorial, marketing, and digital initiatives. In this role, you will assist with tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, and help ensure that tasks are completed on schedule. You will coordinate with internal contributors and external partners, support logistics for digital campaigns or content releases, and help document project progress and status updates. Daily responsibilities include organizing project information, following up on action items, escalating potential delays or risks, and contributing to process improvements that enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Project coordination and Project Management skills, including basic scheduling, task tracking, and stakeholder communication.

  
  



• Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on open items, ensure timely delivery of inputs, and maintain smooth project flow.

  
  



• Inspection and quality-check skills to review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.

  
  



• Logistics Management capabilities to support planning, organizing, and tracking resources, timelines, and dependencies.

  
  



• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

  
  



• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and comfort working with digital collaboration tools.

  
  



• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate respectfully with diverse team members and partners.

  
  



• Preferred: prior experience or coursework in project management, media, communications, or a related field.
