Role Description

We're looking for a creative and people-driven Content Producer to lead in-house talent shoots and produce authentic UGC-style short-form content for TikTok brand channels. You'll sit at the intersection of content creation and post-production --- working directly with on-camera talent and crafting the final videos to post online. If you have a director's eye, a creator's instincts, and love social media --- this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Direct and film video content at our Culver City studio, working alongside our Livestream hosts to capture authentic, on-brand moments.


• Guide on-camera talent --- coaching delivery, energy, and authenticity to get the best take.


• Edit short-form video optimized for social platforms using editing tools such as CapCut


• Work closely with the Video Creative Strategist to align content with creative strategy and campaign priorities.

What You Bring to the Team

• Curiosity, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for social media.


• Experience filming short-form video content on iPhone.


• Comfort directing people on camera, including those with minimal UGC experience.


• Proficiency with CapCut or similar mobile-first editing tools.


• A native understanding of TikTok, Reels, and short-form content.

Location Requirement

Must be local to Los Angeles and able to work in-person at our Favored HQ offices in Culver City.

Compensation

$25 Hourly Rate, Part-Time
