Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus
Lexington, Frankfort, Versailles & surrounding KY areas
 

Monday–Friday | 8:15 AM–5:00 PM | Weekend on-call rotation

Requirements
• Active Physical Therapist license (KY)
• 1+ year acute care PT experience required
• Home health experience preferred
