About Coeur d’Alene Resort:
Our resort is a premier destination known for exceptional hospitality and guest experiences. We are looking for a dependable Night Audit professional to assist with overnight front desk operations and financial reporting.
The Role:
As a Night Audit team member, you will manage front desk responsibilities during overnight shifts while balancing accounting tasks to close out daily hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist overnight guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries
Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and reports
Perform audit procedures to ensure accuracy of hotel records
Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain security by monitoring the property and reporting any irregularities
Prepare detailed reports for management review
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred
Basic accounting and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently during overnight hours
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable and punctual with flexible availability
