About Coeur d’Alene Resort:

Our resort is a premier destination known for exceptional hospitality and guest experiences. We are looking for a dependable Night Audit professional to assist with overnight front desk operations and financial reporting.


The Role:

As a Night Audit team member, you will manage front desk responsibilities during overnight shifts while balancing accounting tasks to close out daily hotel operations.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Greet and assist overnight guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries




  • Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and reports




  • Perform audit procedures to ensure accuracy of hotel records




  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally




  • Maintain security by monitoring the property and reporting any irregularities




  • Prepare detailed reports for management review




What We’re Looking For:




  • Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred




  • Basic accounting and computer skills




  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy




  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours




  • Good communication and customer service skills




  • Reliable and punctual with flexible availability
