Talent Development Program Coordinator - part-time/28 hrs per week

BYU Human Resources is seeking a Talent Development Program Coordinator to join our Talent Development team. In this dynamic role, you'll help deliver impactful learning experiences, coordinate leadership development programs, support new employee onboarding, and ensure the smooth operation of department initiatives that strengthen employees across campus.

What You'll Be Doing in this Position
- Design and manage a registration system for training sessions
- Manage the reorganization and content update of the department website
- Analyze and improve the customer experience around training
- Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and New Employee Orientation
- Manage logistics for leadership development programs, engagement initiatives, and department events
- Support leadership 360° assessments, employee engagement surveys, and performance review processes
- Assist with Workday Talent administration, reporting, and employee support
- Coordinate purchasing, budgets, travel arrangements, and department operations
- Supervise and support student employees
- Help manage department communications, calendars, websites, and special projects
- Ensure every program runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for participants

- Skilled at coordinating projects from start to finish

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of administrative, customer service, project coordination, or related professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher
Experience with website editing or content management systems
Experience with Workday Talent
Experience coordinating projects, training programs, or employee development initiatives
Familiarity with employee engagement surveys, leadership 360 assessments, or performance management

Pay Grade: 48
Typical Starting Pay: $20.25-$26.50
The actual compensation offered will take into consideration internal equity and may vary based on the candidate’s job-related experience, knowledge, skills, and other relevant factors. Candidates with very significant work-related experience may receive an offer higher than the posted typical range.
