We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Sales Associate to handle matinee reservation bookings and ticket sales. This position involves assisting customers by phone, managing reservations, processing ticket sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people and be comfortable spending a significant portion of the day communicating with customers by telephone. Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with reservations and ticket purchases
- Providing accurate information regarding schedules, pricing, and availability
- Processing reservations and ticket transactions efficiently
- Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer questions or concerns
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel and other computer programs to organize information and reports
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
- Providing occasional assistance seating customers for matinee shows
- Other duties as needed by manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Previous experience with TM One Sales is a plus
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
- Strong Communications Skills - Oral and Written
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Ability to work a flexible weekday schedule as needed
