Front Desk Associate Part-Time

If you have a friendly smile and genuinely looking to give a great customer experience, we'd like to meet you. Wisconsin Aviation provides flight services to customers at the Watertown Airport. Our customers enjoy our many services such as flight instruction, charter flights, and maintenance; all part of the exciting field of general aviation. Customers have a question, you have an answer! You have the pleasure of face-to-face contact with pilots and passengers. It's an exciting industry with on the job training. We are looking for someone who is a team player. Individuals must be capable to answer telephone and radio systems regularly while providing product and service information. We are 7 day a week operation, so the ability to work an occassional weekend day and holiday shift(s) is required.

         Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4pm to 8pm (depending on weather and flights)  

         Watertown Municipal AIrport, Watertown WI (KRYV)

 Minimum Job Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills


• Working experience with face-to-face customers and customer accounts beneficial


• Multi-tasking


• Ability to learn and work with software systems


• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent


• Valid (clean) driver's license


• 18 years of age or older. 


• Ability to work unrestricted in the United States as a citizen or permanent resident.
