About Our Family
We're a busy, warm, and laid-back family of four with two parents balancing demanding careers while raising energetic twin boys who are almost two years old. One parent works from home and frequently starts the day with early-morning international calls, while the other runs a company with an office nearby. Our boys are curious, active, and full of personality, and this August they'll be starting an exciting new chapter at a Montessori program with a more structured schedule than their current daycare.
While we're fortunate that our toddlers aren't typically early risers, mornings can still feel rushed as we juggle work responsibilities, school preparation, and the many moving pieces of family life. With the transition to a strict morning start time, we're looking for consistent, professional support to help create calmer, more organized mornings and establish household systems that make everyday life easier.
We value relationships that are warm, collaborative, and professional. We're looking for someone who can step into our home with confidence, anticipate needs, and become a trusted partner in helping our family navigate this next stage and beyond with greater ease and consistency.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For
You are a confident household professional who doesn't need to be told what to do next. You notice what's running low before it runs out, spot what needs attention before it becomes a problem, and take quiet pride in a home that runs well. You're experienced with and calm around toddlers, comfortable managing an anaphylactic allergy with care and good judgment, and you genuinely enjoy spending time with little ones. You're proactive, solutions-oriented, and the kind of person who creates systems that a family can actually use long-term.
You bring a steady, capable presence to the home and naturally help set a positive tone for the day. You are organized without being rigid, warm and familiar while maintaining professionalism, and confident enough to take ownership of your responsibilities while keeping the family informed. You anticipate needs, think a few steps ahead, and thrive in a role where your initiative and follow-through make a meaningful difference. You know how to engage young children with patience and enthusiasm while also keeping the household moving forward with consistency and care.
