Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Potential: $4,000 \u2013 $6,000 per day

Responsibilities

• Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and related surgical treatments


• Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans


• Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and post-operative care


• Collaborate with referring providers and support staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school


• Certificate from an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program


• Active or eligible Maryland dental license


• Strong surgical and clinical skills


• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and collaboration
