About Our Family

We are a busy family living in Jacksonville with two active 12-year-old boys. We are physicians with demanding work schedules, so our home tends to run at a fast pace. At the end of the day, we really value returning to a home that feels calm, organized, and well cared for. We’re looking for someone who can help keep our household running smoothly—someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative. The ideal person enjoys creating and maintaining systems, staying a step ahead of what needs to be done, and helping bring a sense of order and ease to a busy family home.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and reliable individual who can take charge of managing our home. You should be able to troubleshoot problems and see what needs to be done without constant direction. Integrity, intelligence, and efficiency are essential, as well as an energy level to keep up with our busy family life. This role requires a combination of organization, problem-solving, and effective communication, as well as the ability to take initiative and maintain a positive, flexible attitude. Your role will be vital in helping to streamline operations and ease the family’s day-to-day routine.

We are looking for someone who approaches this work wholeheartedly—someone who takes pride in supporting a family in meaningful ways and genuinely enjoys making a positive difference in the flow of a home, rather than simply completing tasks at the bare minimum. Ideally, this is someone who is interested in growing with our family long-term and becoming a trusted, consistent presence in our home.
