Responsibilities
Position Summary:
As a part-time Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Assistant you will provide operational and administrative support to the Park Support Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for executing critical HR processes, maintaining system integrity, ensuring timely communication, and supporting content management across multiple platforms. The position plays a key role in enabling efficient hiring workflows, compliance management, and consistent employee and candidate experiences across park locations.
Key Responsibilities
\u2022 Create and publish job postings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment \u2022 Route job postings for approval in iCIMS in accordance with established workflows\u2022 Partner with recruiters and HR teams to ensure timely posting and communication with internal stakeholders and candidates\u2022 Partner with hiring managers and conduct intake meetings, providing timely follow up to hiring managers on pipeline health\u2022 Manage pipelines according to Six Flags Entertainment Corporation\u2019s expectation and standards, providing timely feedback and closing the loop with candidates\u2022 Support onboarding activities\u2022 Review and adjudicate background check results in accordance with company guidelines and compliance requirements\u2022 Escalate complex or sensitive cases to appropriate HR partners\u2022 Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely processing\u2022 Respond to routine inquiries and route more complex issues to appropriate stakeholders\u2022 Ensure timely, professional, and accurate communication\u2022 Monitor and respond and/or route centralized HR inbox inquiries, including: [email protected] and any Equifax/First Advantage related email inbox\u2022 Adding and maintaining user access for Equifax, First Advantage and other ancillary systems not tied to active directory\u2022 Maintain and update HR Knowledgebase articles to ensure accuracy and relevance\u2022 Support ongoing improvements to HR documentation and self-service resources
\u2022 Update and maintain content on the HR SharePoint site, ensure information is current, organized, and accessible for HR teams and park leadership\u2022 Assist with content creation and updates for Talent Acquisition platforms, including FunHub, Handshake, Direct Employers, Teamwork Online, LinkedIn, the Six Flags Career pages, etc. \u2022 Support employer branding initiatives by ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with company messaging \u2022 Special projects and other duties as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience Required
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred\u2022 1\u20133 years of HR, administrative, or talent acquisition support experience\u2022 Experience with HR systems or ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred)\u2022 Ability to effectively communicate with partners and manage multiple projects at one timeQualifications & Experience Preferred\u2022 Experience with high volume recruiting
