Midtown Home Improvements is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Administrator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting multiple departments, and ensuring important company data is entered and managed efficiently.
Responsibilities
Enter and maintain customer, project, and employee information in company databases and systems.
Review data for accuracy and completeness.
Process and organize documents, contracts, and reports.
Assist with administrative tasks for various departments.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
Generate reports and update spreadsheets as needed.
Support office operations and special projects.
Qualifications
Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
