Compensation: $100-$110/hour (flexible based on experience)
In this role, you’ll provide direct services and guide behavior intervention plans across home, community, and clinic settings - making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families you support.

🌱 What You’ll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Supervise and mentor RBTs and team members
Use data to guide decisions and celebrate progress
Partner with parents and caregivers to support growth beyond sessions
Maintain clear, timely documentation and uphold professional standards
Collaborate with families, schools, and providers to ensure well-rounded care
🎓 What You Bring
Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
Licensed as required by the state of Maryland
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently
