What you'll do:
In this part-time role of approximately 16 hours per week, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver comprehensive eye care while building meaningful connections with patients and working alongside a supportive, experienced team. You’ll perform examinations, develop treatment plans, document care, educate patients, provide dry eye treatments, and communicate care plans clearly with staff, all while using modern systems and technology such as Officemate/Examwriter, Adit Communications, Topcon automated phoropters, Optovue Solis, Optos California, Firefly Slit Lamp, Pentacam, Medmont, Aladdin AXL, Virtual Field, Neurolens, Icare, and Shamir Spark Mi Up to support efficient, high-quality care.

You’re a fully licensed optometrist in California who is excited to grow within a modern, patient-centered practice and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Whether you’re early in your career or bring years of experience, you’re confident using optometric technology, interested in specialty care such as binocular vision, scleral and specialty lenses, and dry eye treatment, and motivated by the opportunity to build trust with patients, deliver excellent care, and support the continued success of a thriving practice.
