What You'll Do


As a Classroom Specialist, you'll support classrooms throughout the center, helping create positive learning experiences while ensuring children receive exceptional care and attention every day.


Your responsibilities include:



  • Provide classroom support wherever needed throughout the center

  • Assist with teacher breaks, classroom transitions, and daily scheduling needs

  • Support diapering, toileting, meals, naps, and other daily routines

  • Engage children through storytelling, music, movement, crafts, educational games, and hands-on activities

  • Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and confidence

  • Assist teachers with lesson plans and classroom activities

  • Supervise children during indoor play, outdoor play, meals, naps, and transitions

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe classroom environments

  • Collaborate with teachers and center leadership to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Communicate professionally with coworkers and families when appropriate




What We're Looking For



  • At least 16 years old

  • Passion for working with children of all ages

  • Previous childcare experience is helpful but not required

  • Comfortable adapting to different classrooms and age groups

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Dependable, patient, organized, and flexible

  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)

  • Ability to complete all required Montana licensing, training, and background check requirements
