About Our Family

We’re a family of two (soon to be three!) who recently moved to Charlotte, along with our lovable dog. Both of us work full-time from home with unpredictable travel schedules, and we’re looking for support to help ease our daily mental load, so we can focus on enjoying this exciting new chapter as a family. Our goal is to create a calm, organized environment where everything functions smoothly and efficiently. We value reliability, initiative, and a thoughtful approach to managing the household.

Striking a balance between work, family, and personal time is essential to us. We're seeking an experienced, proactive House Manager & Family Assistant to help manage the home and assist with daily tasks.

Our main priorities are establishing organizational systems, meal prep, and keeping everything tidy. We're looking for a warm, trustworthy individual who can help ensure our home runs seamlessly and make day-to-day life feel just a little bit easier.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

You are a seasoned, independent individual who can manage tasks with minimal supervision. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. You love animals, and enjoy the presence and care of our sweet, 5-year old dog. We value someone who takes ownership of tasks, works efficiently, and moves through the home with a light, unobtrusive footprint.

You’ll need to be organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable working within a flexible and dynamic schedule. We’re seeking someone who maintains a positive, professional attitude and brings a calm, low-key presence to the home. If you have experience in household management, meal prep, and can easily integrate into a family’s routine, we’d love to hear from you!
