Location: Tyrone, PA (In-Office)
Company / Department: InspectionGo / HomeBinder Assistant (HBA)
Employment Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour plus applicable bonus
Schedule: Primarily Evening (2-10pm) and daytime Weekend Shifts (9am-7pm)

We're looking for a Customer Service / Buyer Success Representative to join our HomeBinder Assistant (HBA) team and provide outstanding support to homebuyers throughout their moving journey.

What You'll Do
As a Buyer Success Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for homebuyers, helping them navigate questions, next steps, and moving-related services after their home inspection.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email with professionalism and empathy.
- Providing timely, accurate, and helpful guidance throughout the buyer journey.
- Preparing and sending moving-related plans and communications accurately and on schedule.
- Documenting customer interactions to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity.
- Identifying and escalating issues when needed while partnering with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
- Following established processes to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate records and protecting confidential customer information.
