About Our Family

We are a busy, warm-hearted family of four nestled in the mountains of Park City, Utah. Our home is filled with energy, laughter, and the beautiful chaos that comes with raising two young children. This fall marks an exciting new chapter as both kids will be in school full-time, creating an opportunity for our family to be more intentional about how our home functions and how we spend our time together.

We share our home with two beloved pets: a gentle senior Bernedoodle and a sweet rescue cat, both of whom are cherished members of the family. We love the outdoors, value quality time together, and are focused on building a life that feels connected, balanced, and grounded.

One parent manages the household full-time while the other works long, demanding hours, making a calm, organized, and welcoming home environment especially important. Like many families in this season of life, we've realized that having the right support isn't just about getting tasks done—it's about creating more space for family time, reducing daily stress, and allowing us to focus on what matters most.

We are also in the process of searching for our next home in the Park City area, making this a season of both excitement and transition. As we put down deeper roots in the community, we're looking for someone who can grow alongside our family and provide steady, thoughtful support through this next chapter.

We value honesty, warmth, initiative, and genuine connection. We're not looking for someone to simply complete a checklist; we're hoping to find a trusted partner who takes pride in their work, cares deeply about helping others, and wants to play a meaningful role in creating a home that feels peaceful, well cared for, and joyful to come home to each day.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a proactive, self-directed professional who naturally anticipates needs, takes initiative, and finds genuine satisfaction in creating order, ease, and consistency within a busy family home. You are highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of your responsibilities, confidently managing day-to-day tasks while identifying opportunities to improve systems and support the household without needing constant direction.

You bring a calm, steady presence and thrive in an environment where no two days look exactly the same. Adaptable and solutions-oriented, you're comfortable navigating changing priorities, supporting a growing family, and helping manage the moving pieces that come with an active lifestyle and an upcoming home transition. You communicate clearly, value professionalism and discretion, and appreciate the trust that comes with being an integral part of a family's support system.

You genuinely enjoy working in family environments and are warm, engaging, and patient with both children and animals. You understand the balance between being approachable and maintaining professional boundaries, and you take pride in creating spaces that feel welcoming, organized, and well cared for. Above all, you're someone who leads with heart, follows through on commitments, and finds fulfillment in helping families feel less overwhelmed, more supported, and better able to enjoy time together.
