Parent & Me Coach | Early Childhood & Toddler Programs

Soccer Stars is looking for nurturing, energetic, and dependable coaches to lead our Parent & Me and toddler programs. This role is perfect for someone who loves early childhood development and enjoys creating meaningful experiences for children and their families.

This is not just a soccer coaching position. You will help introduce children to movement, confidence, coordination, and social interaction during some of their earliest learning experiences.

About Soccer Stars

For more than 24 years, Soccer Stars has been introducing children to the joy of movement through fun, age-appropriate programs.

Our Parent & Me program is designed for children as young as 12 months, with active participation from parents and caregivers. Through songs, movement, imaginative play, and simple soccer activities, children develop coordination, confidence, balance, and social skills.

Our toddler programs continue building independence and foundational skills through creative games, positive reinforcement, and playful learning.

We partner with families, schools, and community organizations throughout El Paso to provide high-quality enrichment programs that help children grow through play.

What You'll Do

You will lead engaging Parent & Me and toddler classes for children ages 12 months–3 years at various locations throughout El Paso.

Classes are designed around early childhood development and include:

• Music and movement activities
• Imaginative games and storytelling
• Simple soccer activities
• Coordination and balance exercises
• Parent-child interactive activities
• Positive reinforcement and encouragement

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create a warm, welcoming, and energetic class environment
• Engage children and parents through songs, games, and movement
• Encourage children’s confidence and participation
• Celebrate small achievements and developmental milestones
• Maintain a safe and organized class environment
• Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers
• Arrive prepared and on time for each class
• Participate in training and ongoing coaching development

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic
• Comfortable working with babies, toddlers, and their families
• Naturally playful and energetic
• Comfortable singing, using imagination, and being animated
• Reliable and professional
• Passionate about child development and early learning

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Early Childhood Education
• Preschool or Daycare
• Child Development
• Mommy & Me or Parent & Child Programs
• Children's Fitness
• Dance, Music, or Movement Programs
• Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• Nannying or Childcare
• Teaching or Recreation Programs

Soccer experience is helpful but not required. We provide training and curriculum support.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must currently reside in the El Paso, TX area
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple class locations throughout El Paso
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable working with young children and families
• Able to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
