About Our Family

We are an active, welcoming household of four in San Francisco with two young children (ages 7 & 4) who keep life full and fun. We've recently settled into a new home together, and are building the systems and rhythms that make everyday life run smoothly. We're intentional about how our home is managed, and genuinely invested in the people we bring into our family's world.

Our kids are spirited, curious, and full of personality. We embrace a Montessori-inspired approach to parenting and believe in encouraging independence whenever we’re able. Our household is organized, health-conscious, and values transparency, follow-through, and warmth above all else.

We spend a lot of time outdoors, exploring parks, hiking, and all that the city has to offer. We enjoy staying active as a family and creating meaningful experiences together. We value healthy, home-cooked meals, predictable routines, and an environment that feels calm, welcoming and thoughtfully maintained.

Relationships are important to us, and we’re looking for someone who will become a trusted and consistent presence in our lives. The right person will be proactive, reliable and genuinely enjoy helping our busy household thrive. We are looking for someone who doesn’t simply complete tasks - but actively reduces the family’s mental load by owning and maintaining home systems for our family and solving problems before they become stressful.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are proactive and thoughtful. You’re someone who walks into a home and immediately sees what needs to happen next and takes initiative. You are the type of person who notices an overflowing drawer or a cluttered shelf and instinctively think “I know how to make this better and more functional” - naturally noticing friction points and turning them into simple, repeatable routines. You don't just complete tasks; you build and maintain manageable systems. You enjoy owning checklists, labels, zones and schedules - and maintaining them consistently. You bring energy and intention to every day and take ownership of the household as if it were your own.

You genuinely enjoy organizing and find satisfaction in transforming busy spaces into calm, functional areas. You're tech-savvy enough to work within a Notion-based household system. You communicate openly, have integrity, and own your mistakes. Consistency matters deeply to our family, and you'll be a steady, reliable presence the family can count on.

You're warm, grounded, and genuinely great with kids. You have experience with young children and are comfortable engaging with children while supporting daily routines. We value providing age-appropriate structure that support our children’s development in a thoughtful and intentional way. Familiarity with Montessori principles, conscious parenting, or other approaches that prioritize the children’s independence are highly desirable.

Most importantly, you’re someone who genuinely enjoys supporting both our family, children, and also shifting your excellence to our household. You find satisfaction in contributing to a home that feels welcoming, organized and cared for. You’re detail-oriented and follow-through is your super power. You’re dependable, emotionally mature and excited by the opportunity to become a trusted part of our family’s day-to-day life.

  • Knowledge of nutrition and healthy meal preparation, including comfort with protein-focused, macro conscious cooking
