Physical Therapist, Early Intervention


 


Status: Part-time, less than 20 hours per weekSchedule: Monday \u2013 Friday, build your scheduleLocation: Dauphin and York-Adams Counties (must be willing to travel within these areas)Sign-on Bonus: $1,000


 


What We\u2019re Looking For:\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related discipline with 2 to 5 years of related experience\u2022 OR Master\u2019s degree in a related discipline with 0 to 2 years of related experience\u2022 Pennsylvania state licensure in Physical Therapy (or eligible for licensure)\u2022 Eligible for PA Promise Enrollment\u2022 Not on CMS Exclusion List\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license with at least 6 months of driving experience\u2022 Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection\u2022 Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand English\u2022 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively\u2022 Preferred: Knowledge of adaptive seating and positioning for children


As a Physical Therapist in Early Intervention, you\u2019ll support infants and toddlers (birth to age three) and their families by promoting mobility, strength, and developmental progress. You\u2019ll partner with caregivers to create practical, family-centered strategies that help children build skills and reach important milestones.


 


What You\u2019ll Do:\u2022 Support the development of goals, therapy activities, and ways to track progress based on the child\u2019s Evaluation Report (ER), Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and the family\u2019s goals\u2022 Provide session notes and other required documentation for quarterly and yearly reviews\u2022 Offer guidance and practical strategies to families and caregivers to help their child meet IFSP goals during community-based therapy sessions and encourage caregivers to actively take part in sessions\u2022 Help manage physical therapy services by following regulations, supporting financial processes, and working with community partners
