Registered Dietitian, Early Intervention
Status: Part-time, less than 20 hours per weekSchedule: Monday \u2013 Friday, build your scheduleLocation: Lower Cumberland and Franklin/Fulton Counties (must be willing to travel within these areas)Sign-on Bonus: $1,000
What We\u2019re Looking For:\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field with 2 to 5 years of related experience\u2022 OR Master\u2019s degree in a related field with 0 to 2 years of related experience\u2022 Completion of an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) approved program\u2022 Pennsylvania state licensure as a Registered Dietitian (or eligible for licensure)\u2022 Eligible for PA Promise enrollment\u2022 Not listed on the CMS Exclusion List\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license with at least 6 months of driving experience\u2022 Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection\u2022 Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand English\u2022 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively\u2022 Preferred: Experience working with infants, toddlers, or in pediatric settings
As a Registered Dietitian in Early Intervention, you\u2019ll support infants and toddlers (birth to age three) and their families by promoting healthy growth, development, and nutrition. You\u2019ll partner with caregivers and team members to create practical, family-centered strategies that help children meet developmental milestones and thrive.
What You\u2019ll Do:\u2022 Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with individuals receiving supports\u2022 Support personal growth, independence, and life skill development\u2022 Coordinate medical needs including scheduling appointments, transportation, and follow-up care\u2022 Help ensure safe, clean, and compliant home environments and assist with maintenance requests as needed\u2022 Develop and monitor individualized goal plans focused on skill-building and independence\u2022 Partner with individuals, families, team members, and community resources\u2022 Support program outcomes and quality improvement initiatives\u2022 Encourage engagement, confidence, and decision-making skills\u2022 Apply leadership strategies that support positive experiences for individuals and staff
